Spending my Saturday evening upside down. 100 inverted sit-ups after my #workout. Have a good weekend everyone!

Practicing my back squats all week long. It still amazes me everyday all that I have accomplished and gained over these past few months. When I first began training, using 10lb(!!) dumbbells was a challenge for me, I could only do a few push-ups on my toes and any more than 5 burpees completely kicked my ass. Through diligence, challenge and persistence I can now do all push ups on my toes, bust out 107 burpees in 7 minutes and squatting 95lbs is far too light. None of this was accomplished overnight. Everyday I have pushed myself harder & further and watched as I have slowly progressed. Take it one second/rep/pound/day at a time, stick with it and I promise: You WILL reach your goals!!! It’s not going to be quick, it’s not going to be easy but dam it it’s going to be worth it!!
